1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or staying at Njoy Pool Villa, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related house rules and policies.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are confirmed after required payment or deposit is received.
• Guests must provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Rates and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time starts at 15:00 unless otherwise agreed.
• Check-out time is by 12:00 noon unless otherwise agreed.
• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

4. Security Deposit and Damages

A refundable security deposit may be required. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused during the stay.

5. Guest Conduct and House Rules

• No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
• Smoking inside the villa is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing.
• Guests must observe quiet hours and respect nearby neighbors.

6. Occupancy and Visitors

The number of guests and visitors must not exceed the confirmed booking occupancy limit unless approved by management.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms follow the active cancellation policy shown at booking time or provided by staff.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Njoy Pool Villa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of personal belongings.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction under applicable Thai law.
